PathFinder - Where Meaningful Career Change Takes Shape
Ongoing coaching to help you clarify your path and move forward with greater confidence and alignment
A space to explore whether PathFinder is right for you
When Your Position No Longer Feels Right
This programme is for people navigating a career change or transition who want a supportive space to return to — a place to think things through over time rather than feeling the need to resolve everthing at once.
This may include rethinking your career direction, navigating a role change, or working through a significant decision that takes time to shape. It offers the opportunity to step back, reflect, and take small, aligned steps, allowing your path to emerge through experience, with confidence building along the way.
If The Above Reflects Your Situation

What This Programme is Not
The work stays close to your reality, supporting you to take steps in your own way and at your own pace.
What Clients Have Shared
Here are a few reflections from people who have worked with me.
Michael’s ability to listen, analyse and make sense of the coachee’s thoughts and feelings… allows him to shed light on blind spots and come to terms with important issues, desires and fears.
— Marketing Manager
He helped me structure my decision making process and essentially trust myself in a deeper way.
— Change Manager
He gave me the room to explore and understand myself with powerful questions… He brought clarity to my thinking and allowed me to see the direction for my project.

What This Programme Offers
Over time, this work supports you to:
"For what in the world
are you a remedy?"
— Thomas Hübl
The Start of Meaningful Change
Often, the pull toward change reflects a growing connection to something within you that is asking to be expressed more fully in your life.
That process unfolds through attention to what now feels true and what no longer fits — not only in your work, but in the wider context of your life.
PathFinder gives this process space, allowing insight to settle and shape your choices in a way that feels purposeful and sustainable.
In doing so, we are not simply identifying your next move, but strengthening the self-trust that allows you to progress with greater confidence and integrity.
How the Work Unfolds
The direction of our work follows what feels most relevant and alive for you, balancing reflection with forward movement.
01
Begin with where you are
We start with your current situation, the pressures you are carrying, and the
questions that feel most present.
02
Take aligned steps
Together, we reflect on what feels
meaningful, your strengths, motivations,
and the tensions shaping your next step.
03
Explore what matters
We take considered steps forward,
bringing direction into focus and
revealing what may be holding you back.
04
Build clarity through experience
Through reflection and intentional action,
clarity develops, and the path ahead
begins to feel more grounded.
Practical Details
About Michael
Before becoming a certified coach, I spent over 20 years in technical and business roles within leading multinationals, working at the intersection of product development, product management, marketing and finance.
I hold a PhD in Chemistry and have lived and worked across five European countries and the United States — experiences that shaped my sensitivity to cultural differences and the human themes that connect us.
A significant personal challenge later in my career led me into a period of deep reflection, and ultimately to establishing my own coaching practice.
Today, I support leaders and professionals navigating career transitions, with attention to the personal dynamics that shape them.
With a blend of analytical clarity and intuitive insight, I create a calm space to think clearly through complex decisions and move forward in alignment with your values and sense of purpose.
